Before using the Could You? menstrual cup in August 2024, my periods were stressful due to the high cost and discomfort of pads. I often felt insecure about my supplies. Switching to the menstrual cup has been transformative. Despite initial nerves, it’s easy and comfortable to use, allowing me to experience my period with confidence, free from leaks or supply worries. It has empowered me to listen to my body better, providing peace of mind. I'm grateful for this change—it has saved me money and restored my dignity during my period.
